How do you cancel a quest on Star Wars Galaxies?

I know that when you look in your journal, some quests have the option to 'delete quest' but others don't. I wanted to know how to get rid of the quests that don't have the option to delete them, how do you cancel them?

any help ,much appreciated.

Ignore the other guy he's just posting spam, I'm afraid there is no way to cancel those types of quests.

hey there im playing star wars knights of the old republic 2 and im on the ravager (master Nihilus) its told me that one of the proton cores has gone off early and it says in the journal to build a new one and find a new place or sumthin, now i cant find

if i can remember, you take a proton core from a missile in the missile bay room...

I read this great fanfic about a year ago and would love to read it again. Except I don`t know what it`s called and which site to find it on. All I know is this:
